These printed auction paddles are a recent project we worked on. They were made to help raise funds for the treatment of John Tridgell, a husband and a father of two, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2015. Sadly and unexpectedly, during the course of the print job, John passed away in January 2017. After that, the cause has turned into a foundation to help the fight against male breast cancer.
The bidding paddles were used at an auction to raise money in memory of John to advance the research into the disease. The front of each paddle was printed with foundation branding and the back had sequential numbering. Together with the crowdfunding website, the cause has raised over £20,000 since.
